Returns & Exchange Policy

LovelyLingerie.in endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless.

At LovelyLingerie.in, we understand that finding the perfect lingerie can be a personal experience. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

EXCHANGE

  • We offer exchanges on all our products, except for bodysuits, lingerie, and bralettes, due to hygiene concerns.
  • Exchanges can be made for products that are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags.
  • For Cash On Delivery orders, the refund amount for the exchanged item will be issued as store credit with a lifetime validity.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed in the original payment method.
  • Please note that packages that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected in quality control and returned to the customer.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns on all our products, except for bodysuits, lingerie, and bralettes, due to hygiene concerns.
  • For Cash On Delivery orders, refunds are issued via store credit/gift card with a lifetime validity (COD charges are non-refundable).
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed in the original payment method.
  • If the refund has been issued but not credited to your bank account, please contact us at hello@lovelylingerie.in for clarification (please note that the resolution may take up to 7-15 working days).

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • To apply for an exchange or return, please visit our customer care.
  • Provide your order number and registered email/contact to access your eligible products for exchange.
  • Select the reason for exchange/return, provide additional remarks, and share relevant images if necessary.
  • Choose the refund option as store credit and submit your exchange request.
  • For defective or incorrect products, it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
  • Once your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 1-3 working days.
  • Make sure to take a picture or video of the product while handing it over to the delivery person as proof for any future disputes.
  • Hand over only the item for which the pickup is arranged; any unaccounted items will not be our responsibility.
  • After the package reaches our warehouse (within 4-8 working days), it will undergo a quality check.
  • Within 48 hours of the package reaching our warehouse, we will issue store credit to your registered email id.
  • Please note that lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
  • Product/size changes are free of charge.
  • If your request is rejected before pickup or at the quality control stage, please contact us at hello@lovelylingerie.in for clarification.

SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, please track your package and inform us within 3 days if it hasn't been delivered. After 72 hours, the courier company does not accept any complaints, and we will not be liable for any delay in informing us.

CUSTOMER CARE

  • Our customer support is available via email at hello@lovelylingerie.in from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
  • For customer support via WhatsApp, please message us at +91 9099971903 (we do not have a call support number).

NON AVAILABILITY OF ITEM

  • If your pending order is delayed past the delivery time, you can cancel the order.
  • Cancellations are issued as store credit/gift cards only.

COLOR DIFFERENCE

  • Please note that the color in images on the website may slightly vary due to professional lighting during product shoots.
